I offer growing families daytime postpartum care, helping create space for you to heal and feel cared for while you adapt to life with a newborn. Whether you need practical assistance, someone to care for baby while you rest, or a compassionate listening ear, I’m here to make this time a little bit easier. My goal is to support you and your whole family unit, and empower you with the tools and confidence to thrive as parents.
Postpartum support includes:
-
The postpartum period is filled with immense change in so many ways— and having an unbiased, listening ear to validate and understand your feelings can provide a sense of stability and comfort. Whether it's processing your birth or sharing your joys, frustrations, or fears, my goal is to help birthing parents and partners feel heard and less alone in their journey.
-
I’m here to support the practical and physical aspects of home life so you can focus on healing and being with your baby. My services include light tidying, laundry, cleaning bottles and pump parts, pet care, organization, and errands, tailored to meet your families unique needs.

It can be so difficult for new parents to prioritize their own nutrition when focused on taking care of a newborn, but nourishment and hydration are essential during this time! I can help ensure you’re getting the food and hydration you need with meal and snack prep. I’m also happy to make simple meals for the whole family, or freeze them to have at a later date.
-
I offer non-judgmental support for all your feeding choices, whether breastfeeding, formula, pumping, or any combination. I can help you navigate various feeding methods, offer guidance on latch and positioning, and troubleshoot common breastfeeding challenges.
-
When you need a break, I’m more than happy to care for your baby and get in those precious snuggles. I’m also here to empower you with the skills and confidence to take care of your little one. There are no silly questions, and I’m happy to be a resource in whatever way you need. I’ll talk you through diapering, bathing, or answer questions about bonding, soothing techniques or newborn behavior. I’m here to meet you where you’re at.
-
Everyone’s recovery journey is unique, and it can be so beneficial to have another person in your village to ensure you’re getting the rest and self care you need. Whether it's taking care of the baby while you shower or nap, accompanying you on a short walk to the mailbox for some sun and fresh air, helping you with aspects of your daily routine, or connecting you with more specialized support, I’m here for you.
-
While newborn sleep can be unpredictable (this is totally normal!), there are gentle ways to begin establishing healthy sleep foundations right from the start. As a doula and sleep coach, I’m here to answer all your baby sleep questions, and give you my baby tips and tricks set you up for sleep success.

Welcoming a new baby home can be a big change for siblings. I'm here to support them as they adjust to a new family dynamic and help them feel seen and included in this new chapter.

My goal is to ensure you receive comprehensive support in all the areas you need during this time of transition, and that often involves sharing resources. I can connect you with lactation consultants, local parent groups, pelvic floor therapists, and other trusted experts and services in your community.
